If your application is unsuccessful, your data is retained for the period stipulated by KVKK and is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized at the end of this period.
Your personal data is collected and processed through channels such as electronic application forms, e-mails, career sites, or physical applications, based on the legal grounds of “being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract” and “the legitimate interest of the data controller” regulated in Article 5 of the KVKK.
